Job Opportunity

We are seeking ambitious professionals to take on the role of Senior Compliance Officers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The successful candidates will be responsible for leading and supervising teams to identify and analyze relevant information, drawing evidence-based conclusions on competition issues.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing plans for investigations and projects, identifying suitable resolutions for identified actions, and providing recommendations to senior management.

Additionally, the role involves preparing for litigation in the Federal Court, drafting briefs for lawyers and counsel, and obtaining witness statements.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in economics, law, or similar fields are highly regarded.
  • A strong understanding of the competition provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 is essential.
  • Experience leading and managing investigations into complex matters is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake objective analysis and support evidence-based decision making is critical.
  • Strong written drafting skills and experience in creating high-quality documentation are necessary.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
