Job Title: Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage compliance activities related to the Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) legislation, data retention and reporting, and other relevant legislation ensuring compliance.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain security compliance framework and processes.
  • Collaborate with Security Leads and IT Risk Manager on day-to-day compliance requirements.
  • Develop processes to simplify work practices or solve challenges.
  • Develop and implement effective performance measures to monitor security compliance.
  • Build strong relationships across Department of Home Affairs and regulatory bodies as well as customer groups.
  • Collaborate with the risk team and stay informed about legislative and regulatory changes/updates that may require action or impact the security compliance program.

The ideal candidate will have a broad technology background and understanding of how technology applies to business problems. They will also have knowledge of the Critical Infrastructure Act and AESCSF framework or similar.
