Our hotel is seeking a Guest Service Agent who will provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient stay. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality service, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a warm and friendly reception to guests upon arrival
- Process guest reservations, updates, and special requests accurately and efficiently
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, offering prompt assistance and resolving issues
- Demonstrated background in delivering high-quality service within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Exceptional ability to articulate information clearly and effectively across various mediums
- Consistently deliver an exceptional standard of service, exhibiting a proactive and positive approach to addressing guest needs
- Maintain a polished and professional presentation, reflecting the values and standards of our organization
