We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper to join our dynamic team and help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and hospitality at **Cosmo On Bank Hotel** located in the heart of **Adelaide CBD**.

The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for guests.

- **Major responsibilities**:

- **Room Cleaning**: Clean and service guest rooms, replace linens and amenities, and report maintenance issues.
- **Public Areas**: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in lobbies, hallways, and other shared spaces.
- **Laundry**: Handle washing, drying, and stocking of linens and towels.
- **Guest Requests**: Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs.
- **Safety**: Follow health, safety, and hotel procedures at all times.
- **Teamwork**: Assist team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.

- **Ideal requirements**:

- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina to handle manual tasks like lifting and bending.
- Quick-learning ability
- Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster and willingness to work on public holidays within reason
