At Shiki Restaurant, we're on the hunt for a talented Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a warm welcome ambassador, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.

Our fine dining teppanyaki restaurant offers a unique blend of traditional Japanese cuisine and modern culinary innovation. We're passionate about delivering exceptional service and hospitality that brings the art of Japanese food to life.

A typical day with us will involve:

- Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for every guest

- Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard, as well as promoting special offers

- Providing personalized menu recommendations and answering questions about ingredients or preparation methods

- Handling cash and credit transactions with ease

- Working closely with your colleagues to deliver seamless food service

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality

- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts

- Australian working rights
