  • Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to guests
  • Provide detailed information on Adelaide and its surroundings

Requirements:

  • A customer-focused personality is essential, with prior experience being beneficial
  • Previous experience working with hotel systems or similar platforms
  • A full South Australian driver's license is required; confident driving both automatic and manual cars
  • Fluency in English language, both written and verbal; additional languages are advantageous
  • Full Australian working rights, with no restrictions on working hours
  • Flexibility to work any day of the week
