Hotel Night Ambassador Role

This position requires a highly skilled and organized individual who will provide exceptional service to guests, maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, and work effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

About the Job

The Hotel Night Ambassador is responsible for upholding high-quality standards, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • To be fully conversant with local tourist services, transportation, restaurants, and other Concierge Services that guests expect.
  • To take orders from customers correctly and communicate efficiently with the Kitchen team.
  • To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality assurance at all times.
  • To anticipate the needs of our guests and create moments of surprise and delight.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess current RSA Certification and have previous work experience in Hospitality or Customer Service. A completed tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management would be highly desirable.

  • Maintaining highest standards of presentation for both the department and personnel.
  • Being thoughtful and intuitive to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Ensuring crockery and cutlery are cleared when finished and replenished as needed.
  • Liaising with Food & Beverage department to maintain high-quality standards.
