We are seeking a high-calibre portfolio management professional to take charge of our national store network expansion and development.

  • Develop and implement a strategic property plan on a national scale.
  • IDentify suitable sites aligning with our business strategy.
  • Negotiate agreements with site owners or agents in line with company objectives.
  • Undertake due diligence and governance on lease agreements adhering to legal and business requirements.
  • Support the negotiation and settlement of new site acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leasing and property portfolio management, preferably in large format retail, property development, and real estate sectors.

A strong understanding of Australian property law, excellent communication skills, and ability to translate strategy into actionable items are essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful ASX listed company that has been continually evolving for over 50 years.

The role will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for the growth and development of our store network across Australia.
