As a dynamic and strategic National Business Manager, you will lead our Everyday Cheese portfolio within a leading dairy business. This pivotal role is responsible for driving category growth, expanding our footprint, and delivering exceptional commercial outcomes through collaborative partnerships and innovative strategies.

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with key stakeholders to drive category performance.
  • Expand the dairy cheese range into new categories and segments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage opportunities and support product expansion.

Commercial & Analytical Excellence

  • Interpret market data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Own and manage accurate forecasting across portfolios.
  • Deliver on sales, distribution, profitability, and market share targets.

Critical Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with key partners.
  • Be the preferred supplier for new opportunities and solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable insights.

Financial Management

  • Full profit and loss responsibility for the portfolio.
  • Manage trade spend and support budget development.

Project Management

  • Lead customer-specific projects and product changes.
  • Support tender projects and manage account administration.
