We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Buyers' Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, investment property and wealth creation, as well as the ability to learn property market research, data and advice models. Self-motivation, confidence and strong communication skills are essential, along with a team player attitude and interest in contributing to a great culture.

About the Role
  • This key role is responsible for delivering a fully integrated portfolio advice and asset management service for Australian property.
  • As a dynamic real estate professional, you will be based out of our Melbourne or Brisbane office with the potential to travel nationally.
  • You will manage a portfolio of 15–20 clients at a time, understanding each client's portfolio strategy in collaboration with their Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing client relationships and sourcing opportunities
  • Conducting inspections, valuations, price analyses and due diligence
  • Negotiating purchase terms and providing expert strategic advice
  • Analysing market trends, economic data and property performance

This role reports directly to the Head of Investment and Advisory and is supported by a Sales Administrator and administrative team.
