
Supportive Behavoural Services Specialist

This dynamic role requires you to be registered with the NDIS as a 'Core' or 'Proficient Behavioural Support Practitioner'. To achieve this, you will have assessed yourself as meeting the knowledge and skill capability items outlined in the self-assessment tool.
You will partner with Allied Health Professionals to develop personalised support plans for clients spanning from children to adults. Your caseload will be diverse, covering various intellectual and psychosocial diagnoses. You will showcase your expertise in identifying and phasing out restrictive practices, ensuring our clients receive effective and empowering support.
- Develop innovative behavioral assessments and support plans that drive progress and empower individuals.
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to foster trust and collaboration with key stakeholders.
In addition to your professional development, you will enjoy flexible work arrangements, including hybrid home/office options, and accrue an additional day off each month (a bonus of 12 days per year) as a full-time employee.
