This role is about shaping the skills of support professionals in Disability & Aged Care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, oversee, and maintain teaching materials, resources, and equipment to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Empower students to transition smoothly from campus to community by providing guidance and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments through ongoing training and professional development.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
- Design and deliver interactive and informative lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
- A minimum of five years of experience within the Aged Care, Health, or Disability sector, with a strong background in direct support roles, management, and coordination.
- Holding a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Nursing is highly regarded.
- The TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is essential for this role.
- Current Working with Vulnerable People registration is required; applicants must be able to obtain prior to commencement.
