We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Help Desk Support Officer to join our team. As a first-level support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve client concerns.
In this role, you will be handling helpdesk tickets, providing remote assistance, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also work closely with the monitoring and management product, utilizing your analytical skills to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft products and strong understanding of operating systems in an MSP environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Certifications in Microsoft MCP, MCSA, ITIL, or relevant degree beneficial
