Student Futures Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Student Futures Advisor.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping young people realise their potential, and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counselling or careers advising experience in a youth or educational setting is essential.
  • High level communication skills (written and verbal) are required to support student success.
  • Initiative and innovation are necessary to deliver effective programmes and services.
  • Affinity with Christian values is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a school careers department would be advantageous.
  • Experience with work experience program facilitation and delivery is highly valued.
  • A Certificate IV or Graduate Certificate in Career Education and Development is preferred.
