
Office Operations Manager

**Job Role**: The Office Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee office upkeep, including managing supplies and facilities.
- Handle building management tasks such as liaising with contractors and ensuring compliance with fire regulations.
- Manage and maintain security systems, including access control and security protocols, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide assistance to staff, addressing their requests and needs efficiently.
- Assist in planning and organisation of office events, while also managing office expenses effectively.
- Handle communication with landlords and manage sub-leases and sub-tenants. Organise and sort mail, and keep informed about any relevant updates.
**Key Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have an educational background in business administration, facilities management or hospitality management. They should possess high attention to detail, be proactive, adaptable and resourceful, and demonstrate leadership ability.
