Office Coordinator Job Description

We are a fast-growing 3D drone mapping software company looking for an office coordinator to join our team in Sydney.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to be a key member of a dynamic team, responsible for coordinating day-to-day office operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization.

  • Purchasing and Vendor Management: Manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, control costs, reduce vendor-related risks, and ensure service delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights.
  • Facilities and Asset Management: Source and manage the tools, services, and processes that support the operations of the organization's office and assets.

You will work closely with others, prioritize tasks, and use your strong communication skills to achieve goals. We take being a great place to work seriously and value collaboration, social skills, and prioritization.

We empower our team members to approach, own, and solve problems creatively. You will be responsible for creating a great office environment and supporting our finance team.
