About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Cisco. As a key member of our Security Solutions team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers and driving the adoption of our security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with customers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, including the deployment of Cisco Security products such as Cisco Secure Access, Umbrella, Secure Connect, and Duo.
  • Technical Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them to optimize their use of our security solutions and address any technical challenges they may face.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, to ensure a unified approach to customer success.
Requirements
  • Background in SaaS: Proven experience working in the SaaS industry, with a strong understanding of cloud-based security solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: CCNA or higher certification, with a validated understanding of basic office network environments and common network protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Active Directory: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Linux Distributions: Familiarity with Debian-based Linux distributions and other Linux variants.
  • VMWare ESX/ESXi: Experience with VMWare ESX/ESXi and other virtualization technologies.
