The venue is situated in the heart of Perth CBD, within a stylish iconic heritage building on William Street.

This two-hundred-seater venue will showcase laneway dining, private dining and a stunning centralised bar for a good dose of good-time vibes

A fast-growing, iconic brand with a focus on fun, innovation, and great vibes is seeking a charismatic Service Ambassador.

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will support the management team and play an integral role within the daily operations.

The Service Ambassador will be responsible for overseeing bookings, customer preferences, function enquiries and assisting with KPIs, training, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for guests, handling all inquiries professionally.
  • Manage reservations across multiple platforms and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of guest preferences and ensure a personalised experience.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues with care and efficiency.
  • Assist with staff training to ensure high service standards.
  • Support the Venue Manager with operational tasks and staff coordination.

About You:

You possess previous experience in a guest-facing role in a busy, high-volume venue.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Energetic, approachable, and passionate about exceptional service, you multitask with ease and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Keen attention to detail and organisational skills are also required.
