Occupational Rehabilitation Professional

This role is a career opportunity for a highly skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Professional to provide expert services and support clients in achieving successful outcomes.

  • The position involves conducting assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and return-to-work planning to help clients recover from workplace or motor vehicle injuries and regain their daily activities.
  • Collaboration with employers, insurers, and medical professionals is essential to build effective relationships and achieve client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support clients with workplace or motor vehicle injuries to return to work and daily activities.
  2. Conduct assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and return-to-work planning.
  3. Collaborate with employers, insurers, and medical professionals to achieve effective relationships and client outcomes.
  4. Contribute to service innovation and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications as an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Osteopath with professional accreditation (APHRA, ESSA).
  • Previous occupational rehabilitation experience is desired but not required.
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
