Rehabilitation Counsellor Role

\Helpers to individuals recovering from workplace injuries are provided by our team at APM WorkCare. We guide and support employees in rebuilding confidence, independence, and returning to meaningful work.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • \
  • Managing complex physical and psychological injury cases and providing health coaching, career coaching, and return-to-work support.\
  • Performing vocational assessments both in-person and virtually.\
  • Creating employer networks within NSW.\
  • Using award-winning psychosocial risk assessment tools to achieve great outcomes.\
    • \\
    • Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Provisional Psychology, or Psychology is required.\
    • Eligibility for registration with ASORC, AASW, or APHRA is mandatory.\
    • Experience working in a similar role within the Occupational Rehabilitation sector is highly desirable.\
    • Proven experience working within a high-performance driven environment is essential.\
