In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering business expansion by delivering outstanding recruitment solutions to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients to comprehend their recruitment requirements and efficiently address their needs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select candidates through diverse channels to create a pool of qualified individuals for current and future vacancies.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and evaluations of candidates to assess their fit for specific positions.
  • Coordinate with clients and candidates to arrange interviews, negotiate offers, and streamline the hiring process.
  • Provide clients with regular updates and reports regarding the progress of recruitment initiatives.
  • Remain informed about market trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies to effectively guide clients on recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and account executives, to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management or recruitment within the Information Technology and Services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing recruitment objectives and KPIs.
  • Strong grasp of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport and establishing connections with clients and candidates.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruitment assignments.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • A self-driven and results-oriented mindset with the capability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
