Job Title:

Building Maintenance Coordinator

  • Liaise with building owners, occupants and contractors to assess the condition of ACT Government-owned buildings.

This role involves coordinating assessments and reporting on maintenance and functionality of these properties. It requires good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

About this Role:

The successful applicant will work closely with various stakeholders to determine current or future maintenance requirements for our portfolio of buildings.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. C Coordinate regular site visits to inspect the condition of our buildings.
  3. Determine current or future maintenance needs and advise accordingly.
  4. Work with stakeholders to develop and implement plans to improve building maintenance and functionality.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess relevant qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field. Hold a relevant degree or have significant experience in building management.

  • Relevant professional qualification.
  • Hold a relevant degree or have significant building knowledge and/or project management experience.
  • White Card and Asbestos Awareness certification.
  • Current driver's license.
