We are seeking a motivated and experienced administrator to manage warranty claims and perform reception duties in our service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process warranty claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely reimbursement from manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Review and verify warranty documentation for completeness and accuracy, maintaining precise records of warranty claims and related documentation.
  • Communicate warranty coverage and claim status to customers, providing excellent customer service.
About You
  • You must have previous experience in a similar role, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with ERA is a plus.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
