This role focuses on the analysis, synthesis, and communication of macro qualitative data on key customer trends for Country Road Group and its brands. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic customer opportunities by providing periodic updates, conducting custom research, and managing partnerships with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and communicate macro qualitative information/data on key customer trends relevant to the CRG house of brands.
  • Analyse macroeconomic trends affecting customers in partnership with Group Strategy while identifying customer themes and influences.
  • Conduct bespoke qualitative research to answer strategic questions of CRG and its brands.
  • Effectively synthesise and communicate key customer trends/themes and outcomes of bespoke research with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure recommendations are relevant to the business context.
Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced professional with significant expertise in research, customer insights, marketing, category management, or other business partnering roles. Experience at a leading research agency would be ideal.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record in customer research, consumer insights, or market research, preferably in retail or consumer-facing industries.

They should possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage and influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
