Responsibilities
  • Drive profitable sales growth by building market share and growing customer revenue through local stakeholder relationships and executing sales plans.
  • Develop and execute sales plans for key accounts, aligning with regional stakeholders and including product roadmaps in collaboration with marketing and product management teams.
  • Lead and drive key growth initiatives in collaboration with functional and global teams.
  • Implement strategic selling processes to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Maintain productive working relationships with key local customer stakeholders, including corporate, franchisees, and supply chain partners.
  • Strengthen key distribution networks and management.
  • Improve competitive positions by listening to customers and innovating to solve their needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
