
Business Process Enhancement Specialist

About the Role
This position oversees and facilitates the enhancement of business processes, systems, policies, and service review programs to boost efficiency, productivity, and collaboration across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a continuous improvement framework to improve the organisation's efficiency and productivity.
- Support the development, implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of business processes and systems.
- Coordinate the development, implementation, establishment of performance measures, and monitoring of the Service Review Program.
- Foster relationships across the organisation to enhance coordination, collaboration, and communication on organisational policies, service reviews, and improvement activities.
- Pursue organisational improvements in response to community feedback, legislative, and policy changes.
- Gather, analyse, and report on business improvement activities and data to the executive team and Audit Risk and Improvement Committee.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline (e.g. Communications, Public Administration, Business) and/or equivalent experience.
- A high level of computer literacy with significant experience and confidence in the use of databases and analytics.
- High level communication skills, written and interpersonal, analytical skills, numeracy, and ability to assess complex reports.
- A strategic understanding of issues and how key stakeholders affect organisational undertakings.
- Demonstrated experience and/or capability to deliver the Job Specific Key Accountabilities.
- Demonstrated key capabilities as defined in the Key Capabilities Table.
