What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Growth: Own national sales targets, craft business development strategies that disrupt the market and deliver on them. Not just hitting the budget, but setting the pace.
Client Ownership: Maintain and grow relationships with major mining clients, becoming their go-to for attachments advice, solutions and next-generation gear. Embed Schlam as the first and only choice.
Expert Positioning: Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on buckets, trays and haulage systems, translating technical mastery into commercial advantage.
Collaboration: Work with account managers, engineers and product teams to bridge market demands with Schlam's delivery.
This is a role where meetings, site visits and relationships move the needle for both clients and the business.
About You
You're ambitious, confident and results-driven. You've worked in mining, capital equipment or mobile equipment manufacturing, understanding the scale of what's at stake in this industry. When you discuss truck beds, buckets, and haulage systems, you know the impact on a site's bottom line.
