Job Overview

This role involves selling products and services that facilitate a sustainable transition. You will collaborate with a dynamic, multinational sales team to manage subscription services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Utilize company knowledge and product expertise to qualify and develop sales opportunities, research consumer needs, and identify potential solutions.
  • Generate leads and foster relationships to create an active, engaged customer base.
  • Pursue strategies to increase account value through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, account management, or client success.
  • A strong commercial mindset, including creativity and intuition for impactful opportunities and commercial success.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high levels of persistence and diligence.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English.
