Job Title: Maintenance Planner

**The Opportunity:** A highly sought after full-time role is available for a maintenance planner to join our operations team.

You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities on our water and wastewater treatment plant assets.

As the maintenance planner, you will provide advice and support to drive outcomes in order to achieve optimal asset reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance programs and safety procedures for all maintenance activities.
  • Configure maintenance programs to maximise life cycle, serviceability and availability of equipment.
  • Report and monitor maintenance costs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure the schedule meets production priorities, and minimise downtime, where relevant.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A trade qualification or relevant tertiary qualification (desired).
  • Certificate in Water/Wastewater Operations (desired).
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning (desired).
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment, fault-finding techniques.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of software applications.
