Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Health and Wellbeing Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organization's wellbeing programs, providing technical expertise in workplace health and safety, and delivering operational wellbeing initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in psychosocial safety, WHS, or holistic wellbeing to contribute to a dynamic environment that prioritizes employee wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Manage the operation of the Canva Care Program (EAP) including vendor management, reporting, escalation support, and day-to-day query management.
  • WHS Expertise: Provide technical subject matter expertise in the development and implementation of wellbeing programs.
  • Operational Delivery: Deliver incident tracking, compliance reporting, risk assessments, and psychosocial hazard management.
  • Wellbeing Activations: Partner with the Vibe team on physical wellbeing initiatives.
  • Reporting and Insights: Monitor wellbeing trends and partner with relevant teams to improve reporting and insights capability.
  • Incident Response: Support acute wellbeing or psychosocial incidents in partnership with the Head of Wellbeing.
