Senior Health and Wellbeing Consultant

A dedicated Occupational Health Specialist is required to develop and implement health and wellbeing strategies across Australia, ensuring compliance with state and national legislation.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive health and wellbeing strategy for the organization, providing technical expertise and support to senior management.
- Collaborate in delivering Health, Safety and Wellness performance goals, programs and projects, and participate in incident investigation processes.
- Support operational activities with key risk assessment initiatives, including injury prevention and return-to-work strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Health and/or Safety, psychology, behavioural health, public health, health science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an occupational setting, with knowledge of Workplace/Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
