This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and compassionate professional to make a positive impact in mental health care. As a Comprehensive Mental Health Professional, you will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:- Mental Health Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver individualized mental health plans that cater to the unique needs of consumers.
- Counseling and Therapy Services: Provide counseling and therapy services to consumers, fostering a supportive environment that encourages growth and development.
- Collaborative Care Coordination: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions, driving evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Allied Health Professional (AHP)
- Eligibility for membership of relevant professional association
- Qualification in Mental Health practice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software
