We are seeking a Pub Operations Manager to oversee our pub's daily operations and lead the front-of-house team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be hands-on, and able to motivate and encourage other members of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing stock rotation and inventory management
- Managing beverage orders and storage room maintenance
- Leading the pub/shift team and ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Providing staff training and development opportunities
