Job Title

As a skilled leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our venue. This includes opening and closing the business, overseeing back-of-house administration, recruiting and training team members, rostering, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality or retail, preferably with exposure to food, bars, and gaming environments.
  • Able to lead, develop, and coach large teams to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Strong operational skills to drive business growth and meet financial targets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
  • Current industry qualifications, including RSA, RCG, and Gaming Licence.
