Job Description

Lead a Team to Deliver Exceptional Pub Experiences

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Venue Managers and teams to deliver exceptional pub experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to create memorable moments for our guests and their team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver a genuine and local guest experience
  • Championing team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives and day-to-day pub operations
  • Proactively activating local events and supporting the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Drive business growth through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Manage day-to-day pub operations, including staff supervision and inventory management

Requirements

  • Strong hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Contagious passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and motivating, coaching and developing team members
  • Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
