Job Description:
The role of an assistant manager is pivotal in maintaining the legacy of quality craft beers and modern pub food. Our goal is to create an exceptional guest experience every time.
We are seeking a leader who can develop and train our team, ensuring that every interaction with our guests meets the highest standards.
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting new team members, rostering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality or retail, preferably with exposure to both food and beverage operations.
- Ability to lead, develop, and coach a large team, focusing on their growth and development.
- Operational expertise to drive financial and business results.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Current industry RSA qualifications.
