Senior Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide high-level, executive support to senior leaders working in event operations.

The successful candidate will have a passion for providing senior PA or EA support. They should have experience supporting multiple senior leaders, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively handle tasks and issues.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting General Managers or similar roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and systems
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, think ahead, and work independently
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple complex activities
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally, liaising confidently at all levels
