About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience as an End User Technician, showcasing strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Windows Workstation, SCCM, Mobile Device Management, and Endpoint management platforms.
  • Incident, problem, change, and configuration management experience.
  • Service desk ticketing systems knowledge and application.
  • IT Service Delivery principles and continued service improvement driving.
