Job Description

At Infinite Aged Care, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and operational excellence across our 17 established care homes in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, and soon Victoria.

The Rostering Coordinator/Senior Administrator will play a key role in managing and communicating front-line employees' shifts via our centralised rostering tool in Humanforce. This is a permanent full-time position based at our new aged care home in Knoxfield, Victoria.

  • Manage daily master rosters, optimise employee availability, handle sick leave and leave requests, coordinate backfilling, and manage casual workforce and labour hire requests.
  • Collaborate closely with the corporate rostering team to ensure data accuracy and system forecasting capabilities.
  • Lead interactions with staff regarding fortnightly allocations, roster adjustments, additional shifts, and shift availability communication.
  • Oversee training and access for the timekeeping system, including onboarding new employees on site-based systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality of rostering information in accordance with company policies and conduct standards.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment within the care home, ensuring effective communication and staff engagement.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, systems, and staff engagement to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in staff rostering, including direct, contractor, and labour hire staff.
  • Ability to work closely with operational teams, serving as the main point of contact for staff rostering needs.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with composure.
  • Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail in verbal and written interactions.
  • Current or willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Experience with online rostering tools like Roster Bid Manager is highly regarded.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with site administrators and rostering teams to improve staffing outcomes.
