Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • developing rosters to achieve efficiency and maximize resource use;">
  • utilizing workforce to cover shift shortfalls;">
  • rostering staff to attend training;">
  • providing advice and support to internal customers, supervisors and employees;">
  • producing accurate reports from time and attendance, payroll and operational systems;">
  • ensuring compliance with legislation, standards and regulations.">

Essential Skills and Qualifications

">

Candidates should possess:

  • ">
  • demonstrated experience in high-volume staff rostering and scheduling roles;">
  • demonstrated knowledge and understanding of rostering and scheduling processes;">
  • experience using rostering and scheduling software;">
  • exceptional communication skills;">
  • moderate competency in Microsoft Office skills;">
  • ability to communicate with various stakeholders;">
  • accuracy and attention to detail with data entry;">
  • understanding of industrial relations, awards and agreements.">

Requirements

We require candidates to have 2+ years of previous experience in rostering, scheduling or labour hire, preferably in the Communities Services sector, specifically Disability. Strong planning and organizational skills with good attention to detail are essential.
