About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a data strategy that aligns with C&PI business objectives and enterprise initiatives.
  • Lead reporting automation efforts to simplify data analysis, enabling self-service analytics and reducing reliance on technical teams.
  • Establish robust governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across platforms.
  • Build and lead a high-performing data enablement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or performance insights, with at least 5 years of people leadership experience.

Advanced knowledge of data strategy, architecture, and governance is essential. Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau and Python, as well as a strong grasp of ETL processes, is also required.

Proven ability to lead large-scale data and platform initiatives with measurable impact is crucial for success in this role.
