Join our HR Workforce Insights team as we continue our journey to leverage people data and insights to optimise the employee experience and drive business value across Macquarie.

As an experienced Transformation Lead, you will take ownership for the end-to-end delivery of a critical HR Data program to build a modern, adaptable, and scalable data ecosystem. This program of work aims to modernise our technology and data landscape, including migrating all our people data to AWS cloud and building a central data modelling and analytics capability to support our various reporting and analytical use cases.

You will have a proven track record of delivering data transformation, motivating and directing functional and technical teams, strong product and stakeholder management, and the ability to meet evolving business demands.

**In this role you will**:

- Deliver the program of work to migrate all our people data to AWS cloud and work with the technology team to ensure our target state data solutions are fit for purpose
- Develop the strategic vision and roadmap for the end-to-end product, working with our HR and business partners to validate demand and needs for data
- Establish governance and delivery practices across the HR and Technology delivery streams
- Work closely with the HR Workforce Insights and Technical Product Owners to refine and prioritise the backlog, with clarity on value vs risk.
- Work with the broader project team to drive adoption of best practices and tools

**About you**:

- 7+ years’ experience in data or analytics program delivery leading complex multi-stream programs
- Track record of successfully delivering agile transformation programs and ability to co-ordinate multiple priorities, establish governance practices across delivery streams,
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of technologies required to deliver reporting and analytical requirements - e.g. Relational databases, SQL, AWS Redshift
- Ability to build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata,
- Excellent communication skills, proven negotiation and influencing skills and stakeholder management - with an ability to work with multiple stakeholders at different levels across a global organisation
- Experience managing distributed global teams, with a strong problem solving and continually improvement focus
- Experience with HR data desirable, but not required
