Lead Large-Scale Operating Model Transformation

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee a multi-stream initiative focused on reshaping our data teams. The successful candidate will have hands-on delivery experience and the ability to lead across both strategic and technical dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute a major operating model transformation within the data function.
  • Drive internal workforce strategy and establish a permanent, embedded presence across program streams.
  • Build strong relationships with technical data professionals and work closely with executive and delivery stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes across multiple streams.
  • Provide program leadership across planning, execution, governance, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Program Director or Senior Program Manager leading complex transformation initiatives, ideally within the data/tech domain.
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics environments and the ability to build credibility with data professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute workforce strategy and reduce third-party/vendor dependencies.
  • Skilled in navigating large, matrixed organisations and driving outcomes across diverse teams.
