Senior Business Development Executive

Job Description:

As a senior business development executive, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and expansion in the commercial and infrastructure lighting market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and designers to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and designers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and sales efforts.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or marketing.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and technical aspects of the lighting industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to manage a structured sales pipeline.
