Job Opportunity: Lighting Department

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lighting Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about lighting and has a strong background in visual effects.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting consistent workflows in the Lighting department, ensuring that the right tools and technology are being used to deliver high-quality work.

  • This will involve helping to define workflows and approaches to maximise efficiency of show teams, designing and setting standards for the Lighting Pipeline to achieve the highest standard of work in an optimised manner.

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of lighting within visual effects for high-end film and television, with at least 10 years experience in the VFX industry.

  • They will also have significant supervision and/or management experience in the VFX industry, as well as previous experience in line management.

  • Requirements

  • Deep Understanding of Lighting within visual effects for high-end film and television.

  • At least 10 years experience in the VFX industry.

  • Significant supervision and/or management experience in the VFX industry.

  • Previous experience in line management.

  • Preferred Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of rendering software such as Clarisse, Arnold and/or Katana.
