Job Description

As a technical expert, you will play a key role in providing guidance and consultancy to clients on all aspects of lighting design and implementation.

Our team collaborates closely with architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals to deliver innovative and energy-efficient lighting solutions. Your expertise and customer-centric approach will be crucial to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical guidance and consultancy to clients on all aspects of lighting design and implementation
  • Conducting site visits, surveys, and lighting assessments to understand client requirements
  • Producing detailed lighting plans, renderings, and technical specifications
  • Collaborating with the project team to ensure lighting designs are aligned with the overall project vision
  • Advising on the selection of appropriate lighting fixtures, controls, and technologies
  • Overseeing the installation and commissioning of lighting systems
  • Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to clients
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest lighting trends, technologies, and industry regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven technical lighting experience, preferably within the architecture and design industry
  • In-depth knowledge of lighting design principles, technologies, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications as required; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, energy-efficient, and sustainable lighting solutions
  • Relevant qualifications in lighting design, electrical engineering, or a related field
