About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Search Specialist to join our team at Alphawhale. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid search strategies that drive maximum ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the paid search function
  • Lead the growth of the paid search function through a strong focus on ROI, return on ad spend (ROAS), and campaign management
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve workflow and processes that impact the paid search function
  • Maintain communication between the paid search function and other marketing efforts to leverage and cross-pollinate innovation
  • Prepare reporting and feedback for senior management and clients
  • Perform key responsibilities of a paid search specialist for a portfolio of clients and internal campaigns
Requirements
  • Agency experience (preferable)
  • 3+ years of PPC experience
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets or data studio experience
  • Google Ads Editor experience
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing Ads campaigns
  • Google Ads & Analytics certified
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Demonstrate project management skills and ability to multi-task when required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, outgoing, and intelligent mixed with a fun-loving personality and can-do attitude
