We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Paid Media to join our team at carsales. As a key member of our Growth Marketing team, you will be responsible for building, leading, and driving our digital and above-the-line paid media strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute best-in-class digital media campaigns across all relevant channels and media buying methods, including paid search, social media, and programmatic platforms.
- Develop and manage relationships with key partners, including media networks, agencies, and technology providers.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to strategize and execute above-the-line marketing campaigns through various media buying methods and channels.
- Identify and implement innovative media opportunities to drive commercial outcomes.
- Work closely with the marketing data analytics team to report on performance and uncover growth opportunities.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of specialists in performance and brand performance marketing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid media trends and industry developments, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Advanced experience with paid media platforms, including CM360, DV360, SA360, and Meta ad buying platforms.
- Proven record of delivering end-to-end paid media strategies that drive direct business impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate paid media strategies to various stakeholders.
- Experience in managing and growing a paid media team, including digital and ATL SMEs.
- Proficient in data analytics and Excel, with advanced Google Analytics 4 skills and tagging knowledge.
