**Job Title:** Associate & Senior Associate - Turnaround & Restructuring
Job Description:We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our turnaround and restructuring team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-profile client engagements and shaping outcomes for businesses in financial distress.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess business viability, liquidity, and restructuring options.
- Develop turnaround strategies, cash flow forecasting, and implementation plans.
- Create financial models and prepare client-ready reports and presentations.
- Assist with accelerated M&A processes, contingency planning, stakeholder negotiations, and trade-on strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports for various stakeholders, including lenders, boards, and regulators.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- CA or CPA qualification (or progress toward completion).
- A minimum of 1 year experience (for Associate role) or 3 years' experience (for Senior Associate role) in restructuring, insolvency, transaction services, corporate finance, audit, business services, or a similar field.
- Strong skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, including preparation of 3-statement and liquidity models.
