Job Description:

Ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant aircraft turnaround operations is a critical component of our organization's success. We seek an experienced professional to oversee policies, systems, and equipment, driving continuous improvement across the turn-around functions.

  • Managing a team of Airport Services Specialists
  • Overseeing aircraft turnaround standards, policies, and compliance
  • Driving improvements in aircraft turnaround systems and delivering enhancement initiatives
  • Managing Ground Service Equipment (GSE)
  • Monitoring freight operations and performance against SLAs
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, experience within the aviation industry, and strong leadership skills. They must be able to inspire and engage teams, build resilience, and deliver results. A focus on continuous improvement and analytical skills is also essential.
